1. Our services

Party Pop Kids creates custom children’s party styling, balloon arrangements, backdrops, props, signage and related setup or pack-down services. The inclusions, location, timing and price for your event are set out in the written quote or booking confirmation.

2. Quotes and booking

Quotes are based on the information available when they are prepared and may change if the date, venue, design, items or access requirements change. A booking is confirmed when you accept the quote and pay any deposit or booking fee shown in it. We will confirm the agreed inclusions and balance due date in writing.

3. Payment

Prices, deposits, balances, delivery fees and any refundable bond will be shown before you book. The balance must be paid by the date stated in your booking confirmation. We may be unable to commence setup or release hired items if an amount due remains unpaid.

4. Changes and cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Any deposit, cancellation fee, date-change fee or refund will be handled as stated in your quote or booking confirmation and the circumstances of your request. We will work with you where reasonably possible, but availability and supplier costs may limit changes.

5. Venue access and setup

You are responsible for confirming that the venue allows the agreed styling, providing safe and timely access, and telling us about stairs, lifts, parking, venue rules and other restrictions. Delayed or restricted access may reduce setup time or require reasonable additional charges if extra labour or travel is needed.

6. Hire items, care and bond

Hired items remain Party Pop Kids’ property. Please do not move, alter, attach items to them, or allow guests to use them unless we agree. Items must be returned or made available for collection in the condition supplied, allowing for reasonable normal wear. Where a bond is agreed, it may be used for loss, damage, cleaning or late return, and any remaining balance will be refunded in the timeframe stated in your booking confirmation.

7. Balloons and safety

Balloons and small décor pieces are not toys. Adult supervision is required, especially around young children and pets. Keep balloons away from heat, sharp objects and power lines, and consider latex allergies. We may decline or modify a setup that cannot be installed safely.

8. Outdoor events and weather

Outdoor styling requires a suitable, sheltered location and safe weather conditions. If weather or site conditions make the setup unsafe, we may need to move, modify or postpone the installation. We will discuss practical options with you as soon as possible.

9. Photos and permission

We may ask for permission to photograph a setup for our portfolio or social media. We will not intentionally publish identifiable people or private event details without permission. You can tell us if you do not want your setup photographed.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law. We will provide services with reasonable care and skill and work with you to address any genuine issue.

11. Circumstances outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, venue closure, transport disruption, illness, supply shortages or government restrictions. We will communicate promptly and try to offer a reasonable alternative.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website or during an enquiry.
