📄 Terms & Conditions (Party Pop Kids)

By booking with Party Pop Kids, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & payments

  • A booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit, if applicable) is received.

  • Prices may vary based on theme, location, and custom requests.

  • All prices are in AUD.

 

Hire items & responsibility

  • All hired items remain the property of Party Pop Kids.

  • The client is responsible for all items from setup until collection.

  • Any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning required will be charged accordingly.

 

Bonds

  • A bond may be required depending on the package.

  • Bonds are refunded after collection, provided items are returned in original condition.

 

Setup & collection

  • Setup and pack-down times will be agreed upon prior to the event.

  • Access must be provided at the agreed time. Delays may incur additional fees.

 

Weather & outdoor setups

  • Outdoor setups are at the client’s risk.

  • Balloons and décor may be affected by heat, wind, or rain.

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather-related damage once setup is complete.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 48hrs of the event may forfeit payment.

  • Date changes are subject to availability.

 

Safety

  • All décor is for display purposes only.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Party Pop Kids is not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse of hired items.

 

Liability

Party Pop Kids is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by guests, children, weather, or venue conditions.

  • Events beyond our control once setup is complete.
